Sure, they can't bring the save file back, but they can get Arthur Morgan himself to apologise on their behalf. That's a better plan than any that Dutch ever had.

Speaking on Twitter about his time on the platform, Clark revealed that this request for RDR2 is one of the best ones he has ever received. There's not much they could possibly do to make their fiancé feel better after deleting her save file, but perhaps hearing the apology from Clark might soften the blow a little, especially if he puts on a bit of the Morgan charm.
