These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and The Oddyist ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the The Oddyist website, content, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Oddyist publishes satire, commentary, and curated links. Content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying information before relying on it.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE ODDYIST AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Oddyist and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Services, users, or legal interests.

12. Governing Law and Venue

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought in state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
