GB, May 23 — Napier Place, Orton Wistow. There was brief panic in Peterborough when residents reported seeing evidence of a ‘dead body’ before it turned out it was a discarded ‘sex doll. ’ On Thursday (May 21), residents in Orton Wistow awoke to panic that there might be a dead body in the bushes next to independent living scheme Napier Place.
One councillor reported receiving 12 messages, being sent four ‘blurry photos’ and even asked if the find was ‘council related. ’ Thankfully, there was no need for serious alarm or for the police to be called as, upon further inspection, the ‘body’ turned out to be a discarded sex doll. The doll was swiftly removed from the grounds of land owned to Accent Nene to avoid any further alarm for nearby residents and placed in the bin.
The PT has been told: “Just when you thought the week couldn’t get any stranger… “Thankfully after further investigation… the “body” turned out to be a discarded sex doll. Which honestly sums Peterborough up perfectly. "Not a murder mystery… just someone abandoning an inflatable girlfriend in a bush next to an abandoned carpet and a pothole.
